Duxhill's team of senior people with background in strategy, corporate  

finance and business development supports companies with services such as business and financial strategy development, creation of business plans and investor decks, financial modelling, financial structuring, capital raise including both equity and debt, corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions.

Some selected examples of projects that the team has supported to completion are a £108m debt refinancing of a major wellness business by a private debt fund, £8m equity from a private equity firm for a pharmacy roll up strategy and £35m junior financing for a residential developer.

Duxhill works mainly with private equity and private debt funds, infrastructure funds, hedge funds and large family offices. 

We are agnostic when it comes to industries and type of transactions. Duxhill works together with major investment banks in bond financing.

Our main geographic markets are the UK, the Nordics and Central Europe, however we are engaged in projects that European clients have in other parts of the world.
